30-day returns, no fuss.
If you're not happy with your Inkleaf case, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price.
How to start a return
Email supportinkleaf@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send a prepaid return label and instructions. You don't need to explain why — though we always appreciate the feedback.
Condition
Items should be returned in usable condition with all included parts. Normal use is fine — we're not going to inspect it under a microscope.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.
Exchanges
Ordered the wrong phone model? Email us and we'll swap it — no return-shipping cost to you.
Damaged or defective
If your case arrives damaged or stops working within the warranty period, contact us and we'll replace it free.
1-year warranty
Every Inkleaf case is covered for 12 months against manufacturing defects. This doesn't cover accidental damage, water damage, or normal wear.
